Ingredients

1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch oregano
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soak yeast in water for 5 minutes.
Add salt, oregano, oil and cheese.
Stir to mix well. Add flour.
Stir with fork until dough leaves sides of bowl.
Turn out on lightly floured board. Knead until elastic.
Cover with warmed pan for 10 minutes.
