Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    1 box (12 shells) manicotti macaroni
    2 (15 oz.) jars prepared spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and garlic.
    Cool.
    Stir in cheese.
    Stir in crumbs, parsley and egg.
    Season to taste.
    Cook manicotti shells according to package directions (don't overcook).
    Stuff shells with meat, handling carefully.
    Spoon 1/2 of spaghetti sauce over bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Arrange shells on top of sauce.
    Pour remaining sauce over shells.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
