Daisy'S Pineapple And Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can diced pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
    1 c. small diced marshmallows
    1 pkg. American cheese (yellow), cut into cubes
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    1 egg
    chopped walnuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat the egg.
    Add pineapple juice (about 1/2 cup), lemon juice and dash of salt.
    Cook over low heat until it starts to bubble.
    Remove from heat; keep stirring.
    Pour over other ingredients.
    Really good!
