Mama Ann'S Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large can peach, pineapple or cherry pie filling
Preparation

Melt butter in baking dish in 325\u00b0 oven.
Beat well sugar and eggs; stir milk in good; stir half at a time.
Mix well flour, salt, peach or cherry pie filling.
Take baking dish with melted butter; pour can of fruit and juice all over baking dish.
Then take batter and pour slowly all over fruit.
Spread over Pyrex dish and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
