Guacamole(Avocado Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large, very ripe avocados
    1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
    1/2 small white onion, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    pinch of sugar
    1 can green chilies, chopped
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Peel and mash the avocados.
    Mix well with all the other ingredients.
    Pile into a serving dish with an avocado pit in the center.
    This is supposed to keep the guacamole from turning dark. Makes about 2 or 3 cups.
    Serve with fried tortilla triangles.
