Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cut thin, brown in 2 Tbsp. oleo and 2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. diced peppers
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. onions
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients together. Season to taste. Add 1 1/2 cups rice (raw). Stir until well coated. Add 5 bouillon cubes dissolved in 4 cups hot water. Boil for 5 minutes. Then cover and simmer 1 hour or until done.
