2 c. sugar
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt chocolate over hot water.
In a large bowl, mix sugar, butter and chocolate; add eggs one at a time until well blended. Mix in vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add gradually to chocolate mixture, mixing well after each addition. Cover and chill overnight.
Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls into confectioners sugar, coating lightly, then shape into a pointed kiss.
Place on greased baking sheet 2-inches apart and bake for 12 to 14 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
