Snow White Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar,
    butter and milk.
    Bring to rolling boil over medium
    heat,
    whisking
    constantly
    to avoid scorching. Cook for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add marshmallow cream. Stir until smooth.
    Add nuts and vanilla, stir until blended. Pour into
    a buttered
    8-inch square pan.
    Place on wire rack and cool.
    Cut into squares.
    Yield 3 pounds.
