Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. sweetener
1 egg
1 c. chopped dates
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts, chopped
vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
