Chinese Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped celery
1 can chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
Chinese noodles
2 onions, chopped
2 c. warm water
Preparation

Brown beef.
Mix together all but noodles.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 with lid. Remove lid. Bake 30 minutes more.
Add Chinese noodles and bake 15 more minutes, no lid.
