Impossible Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cut up cooked chicken
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sliced scallions
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
3 large eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease 10-inch pie pan.
Sprinkle chicken, then mushrooms, onions, cheese and salt in pie pan.
Put remainder of ingredients into blender or food processor.
Process 15 seconds until smooth (you may use an electric mixer).
Pour blended mixture evenly over cheese in pie pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
