Fried Plantains(Wild Bananas) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 plantains (wild bananas, found in produce section)
vegetable oil
butter
sugar and cinnamon
Preparation

Peel and slice plantains into 1/4-inch thick slices.
Place a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat on medium flame.
Add plantain slices in single layer.
Cook until browned on both sides. Serve with butter, sugar and cinnamon.
Serves 8.
