No Peek Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef, cut up
    5 peeled and cubed potatoes
    1 c. sliced celery
    4 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    5 peeled and cubed carrots
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 c. water
Preparation
    In layers, place all ingredients in order given into big roasting pan with cover (or use aluminum foil).
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
    Do not open oven door until done.
    Do not mix. Very important!
    Do not peek!!
