Sauce For Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 large cans Pine Cone tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Saute onion in olive oil with garlic.
    Add tomatoes and sugar and cook 25 minutes.
    Turn off and add sugar and spices.
