Deviled Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    3 lb. chicken wings (about 15-18 wings)
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    2/3 c. pre-cooked rice
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Stir to moisten rice, then mix in the above ingredients; cover and simmer slowly 25-30 minutes.
    Stir occasionally adding water as needed.
