Peanut Butter Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small potato (size of tennis ball)
    1 box powdered sugar
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Boil the potato until well done.
    Peel the potato while it is still hot and mash it rapidly, adding the powdered sugar.
    Stir thoroughly each time sugar is added.
    Continue to add sugar until the mixture is the consistency of biscuit dough.
    Spread on wax paper.
    Roll with rolling pin.
    Spread on peanut butter to desired thickness.
    Roll and leave in wax paper until chilled.
    Slice in pinwheels and serve.
