Cubed Steak - Tender Every Time - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cubed steak
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. flour
Preparation

Roll steak in flour; place in oil and fry on high until brown on one side.
Turn steak, reduce heat to simmer.
Add water, cover and let simmer 20 to 30 minutes, depending on thickness of steak. Serve with a generous portion of love.
It makes the heart tender every time.
