Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. fatback
    4 lb. onions
    8 cans tomato soup
    4 cans water
    1 bottle ketchup
    1 bottle Texas Pete
    1 stick butter
    1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce (5 oz.)
    salt and pepper to taste
    15 lb. fillet of flounder
Preparation
    Dice fatback and fry until crisp.
    Dice onions and cook in fatback grease until brown.
    Prepare this over medium heat.
    Add soup, water, ketchup, Texas Pete, butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Add fillet of flounder and allow to cook about 15 minutes or until done.
    Serves 20 to 25 people.
