Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained fully
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green bell pepper, minced
    2 Tbsp. chives, minced
    1 tsp. fresh dill
    1 c. dried bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put salmon, 1/4 cup water and remaining ingredients into a bowl.
    Mix to blend. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.
    Place mixture in pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until golden.
    Let cool 5 to 10 minutes.
