Sausage Souffle For Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 slices bread
    2 c. cheese
    20 link sausages
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Slightly butter a cake pan.
    Break bread into small pieces. Layer in the cheese on top of bread.
    Boil sausage, then in a frying pan, brown sausage.
    Cut sausage into thirds.
    Layer over cheese in pan.
    Beat eggs, milk and dry mustard together, then pour over ingredients in pan.
    Refrigerate overnight.
