Oven Onion Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, washed and diced
1.3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In a large plastic bag, mix all ingredients.
Close bag and shake until all potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty potatoes into a greased shallow baking dish.
Bake, stirring occasionally, approximately 40 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Potatoes will stick if not stirred.
