Zucchini Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, peeled, grated and seeded
    6 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) jello (apricot or raspberry)
Preparation
    Boil zucchini 6 minutes or until clear and drain.
    May have to squeeze.
    Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple.
    Boil hard for 6 minutes.
    Remove form heat and add jello.
