100% Natural Wheat Germ Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar or honey
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
Preparation
    Mix dry yeast, sugar and warm water; let stand until bubbly. In bowl, mix brown sugar/honey, milk, salt, oil, 2 cups flour and wheat germ together.
    Add yeast mixture to be followed by 2 more cups flour.
    Beat with spoon until mixed.
    Put in 2 (1 pound) coffee cans (greased).
    Let rise until top of cans.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool; remove from cans.
    Keep refrigerated. Enjoy; best when toasted.
