Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. leaf oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, or sausage or 1 c. pepperoni, sliced
1 c. pizza sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese shredded
1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Brown beef, season to taste (no need to brown pepperoni). Drain well. Grease lightly and dust with flour a 12 to 14 inch pizza pan or a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan. Combine flour, oregano, pepper, eggs and milk. Mix until smooth. Pour batter in pan. Tilt pan so batter covers bottom. Arrange meat any other toppings you wish to have, and bake at 350 degrees until crust is golden brown.
