Pork Chops With Peas And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1 lb.) thin pork chops
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt, divided
    1/2 tsp. sage, divided
    1/4 tsp. pepper, divided
    12 cherry tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, partially thawed
    1 green onion, sliced
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook chops in large heavy skillet over medium heat, turning once every 5 minutes until done and fat is partially rendered. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon sage and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper.
    Remove from skillet and set aside.
