Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 slices bread, decrusted and cubed
    1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham, crumbled
    12 oz. mild Cheddar, grated
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Pam a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Place bread on bottom in a single layer.
    Sprinkle meat, then cheese over bread.
    Mix eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Pour over casserole.
    Blend cornflakes and margarine and spread over top of casserole.
    Let stand in fridge overnight. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
