Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white rice
    1/2 c. frozen peas and carrots
    2 to 3 Tbsp. onions, diced
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. real bacon bits
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    light soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    Optional:
    Omit bacon bits and add 1 1/2 to 2 cups of cooked chicken.
