Fish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish (haddock, cod or munk fish)
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Melt butter; add cracker crumbs and egg.
    Mix fish into mixture.
    Bake 15 minutes, covered, at 375\u00b0, and 15 minutes, uncovered.
    You can baste with wine!
