Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. broken nut meats
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 eggs or 4 small ones
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped apples
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation

First roll nuts in a little of the flour, then sift rest of flour and other dry ingredients.
Beat eggs slightly and add to oil, then add all other ingredients.
Gradually add sifted ingredients to egg-oil mixture, stirring well after each addition. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour in tube pan.
Ice with Cream Cheese Icing.
