Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 medium can sliced pineapple
cherries
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Preparation

Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Stir in brown sugar; spread evenly in the pan.
Drain pineapple.
Arrange the pineapple slices on the top of the sugar and butter mixture.
Place a cherry in the center of each ring.
Gently spread crushed pineapple over the top.
Set aside.
