Homemade Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine yeast and 2 cups of flour.
    Heat milk, sugar, salt and butter/margarine.
    Add to flour mixture. Add egg and
    beat
    at
    low speed for 30 seconds.
    Beat at high speed for 3
    minutes.
    Gradually add the remaining 1 1/2 cups flour and continuing
    mixing
    by
    hand
    to form a soft dough. Turn dough into
    a
    greased
    bowl
    in a warm place, 80 to 85\u00b0. Dough should double in volume in 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Turn dough on floured board and shape.
    Place on greased baking sheet or muffin tin. Cover
    for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
