Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 small chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 large eggs
    crackers or oatmeal
    shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix well together the beef, pork sausage, onion, salt, pepper and eggs.
    Use 1 to 1 1/2 packages of soda crackers or 1 to 1 1/2 cups oatmeal.
    Mix well.
    Place 1/2 mixture into loaf pan.
    Put shredded cheese desired on top.
    Top with the rest of meat mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 45 minutes.
