Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. figs, cooked and cut in pieces
2/3 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake 1 1/2 hours on 300\u00b0.
If you use plain flour, add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon soda.
