Gluten Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. ground gluten
    1 c. ground walnuts, cashews or pecans
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 beaten eggs
    4 1/2 tsp. McKays
    1/4 c. oil
    2 bay leaves
Preparation
    Shape all into loaf.
    Place in buttered loaf pan.
    Pour 1 cup vegetable stock (1 cup McKays broth, 1 teaspoon McKays, plus 1 cup water) over roast.
    Lay 2 bay leaves on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
