Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. raw fresh chopped pears
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
Sift flour, salt and soda together. Stir into oil mixture.
Add pears and nuts.
Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
