Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 box vanilla wafers
    1 pt. whipped cream
    coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add egg yolks and nuts.
    Blend well. Fold in whipped egg whites and pineapple.
    Spread mixture (1/2-inch thick) on alternating wafers (3 layers).
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Cover with whipped cream; sprinkle with coconut.
    Use cupcake liners for each snowball.
