Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. fresh berries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Prepare pastry.
Stir together sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Mix with berries. Turn into pie crust.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter.
Cover with top crust.
Cut slits in crust and sprinkle with sugar.
Cover edges of crust with aluminum foil. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Makes a 9-inch pie.
