Irish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lamb, cut into small pieces
    3/4 lb. potatoes, sliced
    3/4 lb. onions, sliced
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    curry
    thyme
    celery salt
Preparation
    Put into saucepan.
    Cover with cold water.
    Bring to a boil. Skim.
    Simmer gently, then season with the spices adjusted to fit your own taste.
