Melissa'S Tortellini With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cheese-filled tortellini
    1/2 tsp. Spike or Vegit
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 small pkg. sun-dried tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    grated cheese
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil
    1 onion, finely sliced
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook tortellini according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a medium size skillet.
    Stir in spices.
    Add garlic.
    Stir in onion and mushrooms.
    Cook and stir until onion is tender.
    Add sun-dried tomatoes, which have been placed in boiling water for 2 minutes to soften.
    Drain tortellini and serve with stir-fried vegetables.
    Add cheese or soy sauce to your taste (optional).
