Ingredients

1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add egg yolks and vanilla.
Mix well with 2 1/2 cups flour.
Using heaping teaspoonful of dough; roll dough into balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Make thumbprint in center of each and fill with raspberry, strawberry or apricot jam.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 20 minutes or until light golden color.
