Pork Chops Diane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. dry wine
    1/2 c. water
    soy sauce to taste
    large jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown chops in small amount of oil on both sides.
    Sprinkle with soy sauce.
    Add wine and water.
    Simmer until tender.
    Add mushrooms, heat and serve.
    Good over rice.
