Cold Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. imitation crabmeat, chunked
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    2 Tbsp. green onions, diced
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of Red Hot or Tabasco
Preparation
    Mix together cream cheese and sour cream.
    Add lemon juice and hot sauce, then parsley.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Serve with crackers (Wheat Thins or Triscuits are best).
