Western Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. oats
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, oats, salt, pepper and milk.
    Form into balls.
    Roll in mixture of flour, paprika and salt.
    Brown meat balls in 2 tablespoons hot fat.
    Add onion and cook about 5 minutes.
    Stir in barbecue sauce and water.
    Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.
    Turn meat balls several times while cooking.
