Pork Chops With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple rings
    flour
    salt (pinch)
    pepper (pinch)
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper. Flour pork chops and brown in skillet with a small amount of oil. Place in oblong baking dish; arrange pineapple rings on top. Pour on 1/2 the pineapple juice. Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
