Toasted Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. plain flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Beat egg whites. Add brown sugar.
Mix with flour slowly. Add vanilla and salt. Fold in pecans. Spread out on greased cookie sheet (I spray with Pam). Bake at 250\u00b0 about 45 minutes. Cool and place in sealed container.
