Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal (yellow)
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    10-inch unbaked pie shell (fork crust 3 times in middle)
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, cornmeal and vinegar.
    Add melted margarine and whipping cream.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a 10-inch pie shell (pricked 3 times with fork in middle).
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
