Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    2 c. cold water
    2 (14 oz.) cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
    1 qt. light cream
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup water; let stand for 1 minute.
    Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining water.
