Lemon-Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut into serving pieces and skin removed
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Arrange chicken in shallow casserole or baking pan.
    Pour over it lemon-oil mixture.
    Cover; bake until tender, about 40 minutes.
    Baste occasionally.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer to allow chicken to brown.
    To serve, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
