Venison Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tender venison steak
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 green peppers, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. fresh sliced or canned mushrooms
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. frozen peas
    3 ripe tomatoes, cut into 6 wedges each
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. stock (game, beef or chicken, I use 2 beef bouillon cubes to 1 c. hot water)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Early in the day, slice meat in 1/8-inch strips.
    Prepare all vegetables.
    Refrigerate meat and vegetables until ready to cook. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and stock together.
