Crustless Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon, fried
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    6 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Butter\tglass
    pie pan and line with the cheese slices. Beat eggs with fork; add milk and 8 of the bacon slices which have been
    broken
    up.
    Pour over the cheese slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    About 10 minutes before done baking, add 4 slices
    of bacon which you curl when you take off the stove. Let dish stand 5 minutes before cutting.
